The Book Pirate

The Book Pirate originally started in 2005 as the result of having too much free time on my hands while working in the back room of a bookstore. The persona has stuck around since then in the form of various short stories, would-be children’s novels, and national “dress like a pirate day”. This web site launched in January 2008 because I wanted a forum where I could talk about various things related to books, pirates, or anything else.
